//How I HEART Wes Anderson//

oh yes, i've seen every wes anderson movie. many times. there is no one like him. he m akes me want to stay in his world. just stay there after the movie is over and the lights come up. just walk out of the theatre and still be there. i try and try, but i just end up having to see the film again to enter back in.
Don't ask me to pick a favorite. That's like asking me, which one of your kids do you like best? I have to say i was so enamoured by Bill Murray in The Life Aquatic(but then again, i have been permanently enamoured by Bill Murray since SNL), completely charmed by Bottle Rocket, and related so much to the weirdness of The Royal Tennenbaums. Maybe The Life Aquatic. or.....well, you get the picture.

Wes has a new one due out in May of this year called, Moonrise Kingdom. And I have no doubt it will not disappoint. Set on an island off the coast of New England in the summer of 1965, MOONRISE KINGDOM tells the story of two twelve-year-olds who fall in love, make a secret pact, and run away together into the wilderness. As various authorities try to hunt them down, a violent storm is brewing off-shore -- and the peaceful island community is turned upside down in more ways than anyone can handle. We have as always, Jason Swartzman and Bill Murray, with Bruce Willis,  Frances McDormand, Tilda Swinton, Edward Norton, and a couple of wonderful kids Sam and Suzy played by Jared Gilman and Kara Heywood. I adore these people. And with sixties clothing and makeup....expect a review after viewing. Hurry, May!! xx

P.S. I've been super hella sick, that's why I've been absent. I'm on the mend now xx
