Reconstruction ahead

As you probably know, I go crazy crazy with reconstruction and deconstruction. I am working on more of it to put in my shop as we speak. I just love grabbing stuff at the thrifts that I will use for something else...I just got a wonderful green with big white polkadots skirt, way too little for me, but it has a huge ruffle at the bottom and I'm going to use it as a ruffle around the  neck. A great big one! Pictures, I promise. In the meantime,  here is some inspiration..
