It was all chiffons and prints and ruffles and it reminded me of the sixties
Anna Sui's Spring 2011 collection was inspired by the prarie, she says. To me, it is also very sixties and a little seventies. Soft and pretty, with mixed up prints and feather and bone necklaces with patchwork, crochet and neutral, organic colors. I am on a sixties/seventies binge (still!) and want to make clothes with this inspiration. Here is some of Miss Sui's collection:
