I miss my purple hair    I loved purple the best! But it  made such a mess that eventually I had to suck it up and go back to brown. How do you not ruin your pillow cases and towells? Manic panic worked well for me. I know a lot of people don't like it, but it stayed in pretty well  in my case. I used to get a lot of old ladies saying  how pretty it was! I used to think I  looked like Mrs. Slocumbe! But I loved her, so it was all good.
